Before I was writing code, I spent a decade in enterprise technology sales — IBM, Oracle — closing complex deals and translating what engineers built into what customers actually needed. In 2013 I moved to the other side of that conversation: a Lean Startup program, freelance client work, then Make It Real, and eight years since at Humantelligence.
That background still shows up in how I work. I'm as comfortable running planning and stakeholder meetings as I am shipping the code myself.
